Priscilla Presley Encounter - April 26, 2007
PRISCILLA PRESLEY and ELLIOT MINTZ - It was a rare and special sighting…Priscilla Presley. It has been years since I saw the wife and love of Elvis Presley’s life. The wonderful and sharply dressed Mr Mintz escorted his very good friend for a delicious and relaxing Italian Dinner. I asked her how she was. “Good, thank you,” replied Mrs Presley. They were asked (not by me) if they are dating. “We’re very good friends” responded Priscilla. I told her that she looked as beautiful as ever. Priscilla: “Thank you so much.” Elliot made sure she got to her car safely. Being the gentleman that he is, he stood in the middle of Sunset Boulevard and made a safe path for her to pull away. This restaurant is located on a winding bend, so it is not as clear as one would wish. Mr Mintz literally stopped traffic so that his good friend could exit without problems. If he wishes to moonlight, he could get a job as a traffic cop. They will hire him in a second! Elliot told me that he has known Priscilla for many years and they are old friends and she is a really wonderful, lovely and classy person. Having seen her on TV and in Elvis concert movies, that is exactly the impression I got of her. I told him that it was a pleasure seeing her this evening and capturing her on video. It was a bonus seeing her with Mr Mintz, as he is such a terrific and friendly guy! What a nice celebrity encounter this turned out to be! CREDIT
